Event agreements must be made in writing to be legally binding. This is usually fulfilled by a mutual written confirmation of reservation.
Cancellation of the entire event is free of charge up to 6 weeks before its scheduled start. In the event of a later cancellation, the organizer undertakes to
60 % of the room rate in cancellation fees. These are waived for rooms or conference rooms that can be re-let for the entire original event period.
Reductions in the number of participants of up to 50% are possible free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of the event. For later cancellations of more than
10% of the original room price will be charged as a cancellation fee if the room is not re-let, 60% of the room price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For all cancellations within the last 7 days before the start of the event
80 % cancellation fee on the room price, if the canceled rooms cannot be rented to other guests.
Conference participants who have not booked rooms in our hotel can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of the event. Cancellations made later by more than 10% of the planned event participants will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the planned total turnover.
All cancellations must be made in writing and also require written confirmation from us.
Points 2, 3, 4 and 5 are invalid if individual cancellation conditions are agreed.
We must be informed of any increase in the number of participants as soon as possible, but are not obliged to respond to this change.
Before the start of the event, the hotel must be informed of the names of the participants and the schedule of the event, in particular the planned arrival, departure, meal and break times.
The organizer undertakes to inform the hotel of any changes to the conference schedule as soon as possible. If we are unable to accommodate these changes for organizational reasons, we must not suffer any disadvantage as a result.
Payment for all services used and cancellation fees must be made within 1 week of invoicing at the latest. Advance payments are not mandatory.
